Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party company that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. We review combined traffic data to maintain the service and understand which material is useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools where those services apply.
How Information Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operation, error repair, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual user profiles.
Other Sites and Services
Links may lead to Snohomish County offices, Washington agencies, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy controls the information you provide there. The company that delivers sponsored search results also applies its own terms and privacy practices.
When Information Is Shared
Vendors that host or support the service may process ordinary logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers can receive the automatic data described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Protecting Limited Visitor Data
An encrypted connection protects traffic in transit, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the uses described here. Because visitors do not open accounts, this service holds no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Privacy rights can depend on where you live and on the type of data involved. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data that we retain. Since our records are limited, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to make one.
Washington public records held by a state, county, or city agency remain under the control of that custodian. The Washington Public Records Act, RCW 42.56, governs access to many agency records and contains exemptions. It does not make this private site the custodian. Requests to correct or withhold a source record must go to the office that keeps it. Address confidentiality protections under RCW 40.24 are administered through Washington's Address Confidentiality Program.
